What are your plans for the new year? Its not too early to start thinking about what your goals are and how to work off all the holiday indulgences! Personally, I know Ill need a kick in the right direction, mentally and physically. Im really excited about the new test group for Insanity Max:30 that Im fortunate enough to be apart of. As you may know I’m more of a foodie than a fitness junkie, therefore the shorter the workout the better, and the new Insanity is only 30 minutes long. I could really use some accountability partners and I think it would be a lot of fun to get a group together to do Max 30 with. Itll be at the start of the new year.
