What better way to kick off a Sunday than with a 60 minute abdominal and core session on the Stand Up Paddle Board! The waves were fantastic at Point Roadknight and it was perfectly still! The Stand Up Paddle Board is one of the best ways to functionally train your core. It attacks it from so many angles and tests you 100% of the time.
