What can you do for knee pain??? I popped my knee out of place this year on ice in January or February and worked for 2 weeks and then finally went and got it put back in place they didnt xray it or anything it still acts up a lot but recently its been hurting really bad and its really swelled. I left my house last night for 2 hours and when I came back my knee looked bruised and it wasnt before, well today its hurting worse and it is even more swelled to where my lil brother can tell just by glancing at it that my right knee is bigger. Anyways anyone know what to do, I tried going to my doctor today but they werent open on the one Saturday that I needed them. Im going to make an apt on Monday and hope I can get in them but in the mean time does anyone have any ideas what I can do for it hurting.
