What do you call this phenomenon: 1. A guy comes to you for work, or to train at your facilities for 2 months with free accommodation and utilities. 2. You hire this guy or accept him for the training because he asked nicely, he checks out okay and looks like a good guy, he needs a job desperately and you want to help him and his family out. 3. He works or trains then works for you. 4. He messes things up and breaks rules. 5. He decides to leave his work abruptly or gets fired. 6. He says a lot of disrespectful things even hateful things, sometimes to the point of threatening to kill you and your family or actually doing bad things against you. Since I started hiring people for the business we started in 2007, Manalo K9, I have experienced a lot of this but I do not have a name fot it. I also know that this is a common thing in any business, quite a few businessmen I know of actually hurt/done bad/kidnapped/robbed/killed by people they helped out in the past. Whats this phenomenon called? I have not heard of any name for it in the business books or literature or articles that Ive read....
