TL;DW: With deep learning, computers will enhance human abilities in domains that require expert knowledge (e.g. medical diagnostics), leading to, for example, medical coverage in all of the third world. At the same time, deep learning can also replace all service jobs, which consists of most of the first world labor. Unlike the industrial revolution, the potential for improvement for this new technology is unbounded, because once machines develop sophistication beyond any human capacity, they can recursively improve their own abilities.
