One of my daughters will be moving to NE in the near future and concealed carry requires a complete background check.....they cannot get a complete background check from most other countries. So.....should non U S Citizens be denied concealed carry licenses? This is tough in another way for me but also easy....my brother-in-law is a retired LEO Detective- Edmonton, Alberta Canada, who is currently residing in LA and I know his background could be completely checked.
