What do you think about human waste being used as fertilizer next - TopicsExpress

What do you think about human waste being used as fertilizer next to your property and the stench from that waste interfering with your right and ability to enjoy your own property outdoors? Guess what? Human waste is being dumped in Ellis County and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) says it is okay even though it is limiting other peoples right to use their own property. How would you feel if your house was filled the stench of human sewage? Renda Environmental takes sewage from wastewater treatment plants, such as from Fort Worth, processes the waste into fertilizer, charges farmers/ranchers as little as $20 per truckload and dumps it right here on Ellis County. To top it off, TCEQ refuses to enforce nuisance odor laws and they refused to pass a new regulation, proposed by an Ellis County resident, that would have restricted human waste use within a certain distances in ETJ zones. TCEQ claims using human waste as fertilizer is safe. However, they only require limited testing so many toxins, bacteria, and even medical waste (we know people flush dangerous chemicals and medications down the toilet) is not being tested for. If you are being affected by this, comment below. If you are not being affected by this yet, I encourage you to stand up and help those who are in their fight because this crap may start being dumped near your house next. Unite and say NO TO DUMPING SHIT (literally) IN ELLIS COUNTY!
