What does HardCore Fitness have to offer you? Well just to a name a few things we offer 24/7 nutritional guidance, motivation, online support group and fun yet challenging workouts. What type of workouts do we do? We offer fitness boot camp classes which consist of weight training, strength, endurance, agility, HIIIT, circuit training, conditioning, speed, stamina, plyometrics etc. we do high weight, low reps as well as low weight high reps when it comes to our lifting. All fitness levels are welcome--all exercises are modifiable from beginner to most advanced athletes! Soon we will be introducing our Insanity Class. Insanity is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You dont have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. We also do one one training which take place in a local gym! PT is great for those who prefer a gym setting and for those who are working with a somewhat debilitating issue (bad knees, bad back etc.) or for those with a certain goal and want direct attention to achieve that. Where do we get our workout plans each and every day? HardCore Fitness creates and designs each and every workout, each and every day and for each and every class. We do not use other programs or other trainers material. We are our own material! As an Insanity coach, our workouts for the Insanity Class must come from the creators of Insanity therefore those classes are already constructed and laid out. Want to see for yourself?
