What does it all mean? The numbers say not enough homes are being built in the United States to keep up with the population growth. Multi-family / rentals are being developed in order to take care of the demand from all of the people who are renting instead of buying. Some of these folks are groups who traditionally would have been home owners. Millennials (18-34 years old) are not buying. Baby Boomers in some cases prefer renting. Learn more in this short video.
