What does it mean to work out your own Salvation? Many would say I told you nothing was free, and that you had to work for your Salvation. Well, you are partly right nothing is free in this world but Gods Grace is free from start to finish, and it is all Him, and none of us. Man cant touch the finished work of the cross, but boy has religion made a work-release program of His Grace. So, do you want to work out of the everyday religious bondage or reverence and respect of the truth. Salvation is a person, and it is Christ living in you. I think it is you wanting to know Him above everything else is your work. Then He starts to reveal to you the Christ person or Salvation that already lives in you. It is simple living the Christ life that set us free from this world of religious bondage. Letting Him live His life through these earthen vessels. That knowledge and life are given through the revelation of the Holy Spirit over time, and it reveals the finish work of the cross. It is very liberating and freeing when you see that you are the beneficiary of His life. Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING. ( If you own something it is yours.) Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
