What does thanksgiving means? What am I thankful for? Mann thats a loaded question. Where do I start? Let me started by what I am not thankful for. Bandak BC Deng, I dont appreciate tricking me into throwing away my fighting stick while hiding yours behind your back when we were five, Yes I remember that fool. Lol. But Im thankful when I heard you was going to the unknown place called America with me. Right then, I realized I have a friend who can do magic tricks, Im sure Yang Doy can agree when you apply that magic donkey kick until he figured it out...lol. or when you was trying your karate style magic on Angel King or the flying Kick with Joseph Chan.lol. the Iron try by Chow Nese. I bet you had no more tricks after that..Ahaha. life is better in any place with my brothers. Im thankful for my loving sister Beth Gony Kong, What a cry baby..lol. I have never heard of anyone crying because she imagined that his little brother might be getting bully by older girl just because she saw a random boy getting bully by a girl her age. I mean who does that? Lol Im thankful for the World Relief for sponsoring me to come to the U.S. what a great cause. I wonder how many people skipped their lunches and dinners to give to such organizations to help resettle refugees into their new adopted nations. Many of them may never actually know what their contributions did, but someone like me and the rest of other refugees do appreciate their sacrifices. Im thankful for my ESL teacher Ms Pennington. Mann! didnt that lady pushed me so hard to excel. And YES I remember your awkward and weird advice during the graduation ceremony, Bol, please marry one wife Who give such advice during graduation ceremony? I am thankful for my parents and my kid but most importantly to God who straightened my path, because through Him and him alone, everything is possible. Happy thanksgiving to all my friends and relatives. Life is better when we give thanks.
