OK, Ill go online & tap up customer services via Email rather than try & explain to the sales team in outer India & get that reduced. Easy you might think, log on... Password not recognised... Reset password... Done... Log in, password not recognised... Ok, Ill do it again... Done. Log in... Guess what? Password not recognised! So Ill have one more go before I call Delhi... Your settings are stopping us doing something, please update your Outlook Express settings to continue... So the biggest telecoms company in the UK cant tell when someones on their server using sodding ANDROID ffs! Im ready to wager Virgin wont have this problem! *Sigh*
