What fun watching Teemu Selanne and Jaromir Jagr continue to play - TopicsExpress

What fun watching Teemu Selanne and Jaromir Jagr continue to play at such a high level. And wow how about Tomas Kaberle! Its like watching twelve allstar teams go at it, with quite a lot of Hall Of Famers included. Its a shame they all cant win, because they all deserve to win. I suppose its Selannes year or Kessels year. Its not easy to cheer against Canada, especially with Carey Price and Patrick Marleau and PK Subban, but they win too much, so it would be great for another team to do so this year. Im going with team USA versus team Finland for the gold and silver, and team Sweden versus team Canada for the bronze. And kudos to the non-Leafs players who are two of my favourites: Joe Pavelski and David Backes! Ive been also cheering for Ilya Kovalchuk, Sergei Bobrovsky, Pavel Datsyuk, Alexander Ovechkin, Evgeni Malkin, Andrei Markov, and Nikolai Kulemin too because theyre great and because its always nice if the home team does well, but, if Phil Kessel, NJ homies James Van Riemsdyk and John Carlson, and the guys play great then Ill be more than happy. I was disappointed my Austrians didnt advance, but theyll be back! Im also cheering for the Swedes to do well, Henrik Lunqvist and Erik Karlsson in particular. But all in all, with Antti Niemi and Tuukka Rask and Teemu Selanne and their teammates, I think there will be an exciting Finnish to these games!
