What happened at the Donetsk Airport these last days. The Ukrainian armed forces plan had been to put the airport in the rear rather than on the front by taking more territory around it. And they succeeded, initially. The four things that went wrong: Insufficient hardware, bad visibility (heavy fog), lack of communication (the Russians were jamming). Then, what was left of the new terminal building started being destroyed and collapsing, so they no longer had any cover. The Ukrainian side no longer has any access to the terminal building to get the wounded. I am hearing 37 dead. Its very sad.
