What happened to living in the good old USA and being free. Its a crock of bullshit. We just had 3 people for the some dept come in and tell us that my animals are in non-compliance of living on their pasture. I have 3 acres. They are pooping on the acreage when it rains it is running into a drainage ditch. We own both sides of the creek, 1 to 1 1/2 acres is on the other side of the ditch (surface water run off.) We do not have any access to the other side except when the horses cross in one spot. They want the conservationists to come in here and give us ideas on how we can pay to fix all this. Yes out of our pockets. The horses poop on the ground, it rains and it runs into the ditch (surface water-creek) Why did the county come into here a few years back and cut every tree down along the creek, causing more problems and erosion. Since they did that we have lost a good 12 feet of our property to erosion along the whole ditch that runs directly though our property. I cant deal with anymore. I just want to sell this place that was supposed to be our dream home where we could retire together. We have been in this house, 28 years. Screw the State of Washington.
