What happened to people being judged by their character and not the color of their skin? Jackson says minority tech users comprise 40% of population while tech employees are less than 15%--which is an imbalance which needs to be forcefully rectified. So by his logic, some 70% of NFL ticket holders are Caucasian, so an equal amount of players should be white?! Employment is primarily based on merit and supply/demand. To suggest companies hire based on race, gender, religion, nationality etc is unreasonable. How many white or black servers do you see at non-franchised Asian restaurants?
