What happens when both counsels are corrupt? Me to my attorney, - TopicsExpress

What happens when both counsels are corrupt? Me to my attorney, Can we tape my own deposition? My counsel responds basically as, No but give me your recorder and Ill take mine and put it in my suit coat and tape it with both recorders. So Attorney tapes secretly my deposition by opposing counsel and guess what? We have on tape the opposing counsel, in addition to being on camera by the video-ographer (which you may bet they will never let us access that footage,) asking to copy the contents of the packet I said looked tampered with with the key evidence missing being script and notary statement, and then returning with the notarized statement reinserted sans the missing script to make it look like I sent a notarized statement without a script. (Their main point they are trying to establish to derail the case. Even though envelope tampered with says script enclosed.) On the tape now I am looking for the part where my attorney says, Oh here it is. Without objection and never permitting us to address the blatant issue of theft from our home and the main item showing up in the hands of opposing counsel secretly reinserted on camera 3,000 or so miles away? Why was opposing counsel, and her advisers, so sure they could get away with such an insertion of stolen material? Because they had my counsel in their pocket? And what does my counsel do, pushes me hard after the deposition has actually ended and in front of opposing counsel to say that the reinserted notarized statement sans the script was what was sent to Warner Brothers, which would basically throw the case. Can you say accomplice? But at the same time he was recording the whole thing covertly. In hindsight I believe Anthony was taping opposing counsel in case they tried to burn him or tie him to knowledge of the theft should they get caught. His Oh here it is, was just bad acting. The only time he refuses them anything adamantly is when they are requesting a copy of his contract with me. As far as I am concerned lets give it to them, he gave them everything else and has allowed them to get away without disclosing basically anything. So anybody for a comedy about two corrupt counsels, trying to secretly work together and stumbling and getting tangled up in their own corruption?
