What has happened to America? There used to be Christmas carolers going door to door, people used to open there hearts to those in need, and the holidays were about family and friends. American citizens used to obey and respect police officers. Today, if an officer does his job, he risks going to prison by shooting someone to protect his own life. Racism seems to have raised its ugly head again. I dont know anyone who is racist, but believe that anyone who commits a crime, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, or any other race in America should be held accountable for their actions. Families used to consist of a mother, father, grandparents, aunts and uncles who taught respect for others, taught right from wrong, and allowed to discipline their children by spanking, restriction, stand in the corner, ect. Now, if you were to spank a child, its considered child abuse. If we keep letting political correctness control our daily lives, America as we know it will cease to exist. If we let the federal government take full control of our lives (obamacare, banking regulations, taxes) we will no longer be a free country.
