What if instead of Aasaram Bapu , it had been some Andrew Akram or amandeep .. would Indian media or my fellow social networking friends have been equal critical about increasing criminalisation tendency among Godmen.. I am not endorsing his crimes , he deserves harshest punishment..rapist and terrorist have no religion....... my point is the liberty everyone takes in pinpointing in fallacies of Hinduism is surprising... now Its a ritual for news channel to telecast shows like Karvachauth is anti equality , Rakhi is symbol of male chauvinism , all the pollution is because of Diwali and world suffer water deficit because of holi... I am not religious fundamentalist . i hardly pray or visit holy temples... honestly I am pathetic Hindu.. ask my father.. but is it selective prosecution or Hindu religion has all loopholes and other religion has none?? Why saying Proud to be Muslim Sikh or Christian , Jain Buddhist Jew ,even a Kurt Cobain fan looks very spiritual but the moment someone says proud to be hindu... he/she is communal, supporter of VHP,RSS , BJP, baJrang dal, shiv sena and supporter of Gujarat massacre( which is btw highly tragic)...and even anti congress and anti Salman khan(who was in fact my mothers fav actor) may be he/she just want to say he requested Lord Ram ( or to any of our 330 million Gods) for salary hike last month..this month he actually got it... he/she is just expressing his joy..and gratitude... (Yeah we actually beg Gods for favors , our religion works that way.. and we have no issues with it)
