What is #1REP? What does that mean? #1REP epitomizes the training philosophy of Jackson County Ironworks and trainer Dillen Steeby. In strength training it means to focus on the rep at hand to ensure you get the most out of it. Fitness isnt just about strength training though. Fitness is about lifestyle! The condition we find ourselves in is a result of the way we live our lives. More than 50% of all people who begin a fitness program drop out within 6 months which means they failed to make a permanent change to the way they live. The problem is trying to do too much too fast. Its best to make small sustainable changes which accumulate to make big differences; 1 thing, 1 step, 1 rep at a time!
