What is Original Feeling? We come into this world with original feeling a feeling of unity and pure creativity. When people say love yourself I understand and experience this as loving ourselves at the emotional level the feeling level. Your whole life arises out of how you feel about yourself. I call this an inside out approach to growth and evolution. Most human beings are not operating out of Original Feeling but out of secondary or reactionary feelings to external life. In Inner Alchemy meditations and the healing bodywork of OFT or the contemplation of the Gene Keys we have this focus of loving ourselves at the feeling level. This is truly SOUL LOVE. To integrate our Soul has everything to do with becoming free of internal conflicts at an emotional level. This for me is true freedom. When we can integrate our soul we will stop living our life with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake. You see original fleeing is really neutrality or unconditional acceptance. This is why the first thing we teach in Inner Alchemy is the Inner Smile. Now what I have noticed is that often we judge our inability to live the life we dream of. I will tell you a secret the very challenges you face emotionally in getting your life to be a reflection of your hearts longing is directly related to how self accepting you are of your emotional pain. Self love means embracing the darker aspects of your soul with self acceptance. In other words the particular challenges you face emotionally are absolutely perfect for you to realize your deepest potential Or as Richard Rudd says...First allow your shadows, you may not like that aspect of your self but by allowing you take the first step. Then the 2nd step is accept and finally 3rd step embrace which for me is to love unconditionally Now many people say change your thoughts and while I agree thought certainly influence our emotional state, the emotional pain that cause the real difficulty in our life is stored in the DNA in our cells in the internal organs, in the body, The essence what the Taoists call Jiing holds the vibration of your early life and ancestral influences that makes you believe and think the way you do. Change that essence and you automatically change the feeling the mind the beliefs the whole shebang When people only work with the mental beliefs and concepts (aka NLP or coaching or any of the current in vogue approaches to change) although powerful , in my experience they dont really address the core. Why? Well like I said we grow and evolve from the inside out. We cannot separate mind from body in Inner Alchemy mind is not something that sits on top of our body its the very refection of our inner state. Our Soul feeling. I have have lost track of the number of times people receive bodywork with me or have gone deep into inner alchemy meditations like fusion of the 5 forces or have contemplated their Gene Keys and these deep emotional pain patterns arise invariably the person says.... I thought I dealt with that! This is the trap of things like NLP and mindfulness approaches they set up a subtle duality between mind and body and subtle judgement of the more yin aspects of our soul. There is nothing wrong with the negative pole of a battery right?. We would laugh at someone saying that right? And yet most of the personal development world is set up with this subtle judgement against the Yin side of life. Its everywhere you look do this and you will be free. try this technique and you will heal. But its very rare you see someone saying embrace your shadows. Your pain is where your greatest potential lies. I understand why because its not so easy to market and make money from we all addicted to feeling good I believe Inner Alchemy and approaches like the Gene Keys that encourage embracing the darker aspects of ourselves are the new spiritual science of the future. We will fast track our evolution and come to deep self acceptance of our volatile emotional shadows so we can become fully human.
