What is Quantum Black Hole? Could it be possible to create Quantum black hole on Earth??? Here is the answer : I read many research articles and just forget for the time being about Stephen Hawking proposition, regardless of this what i concluded that energy, in the form of vibrating quantum black holes is indeed the basis for all matter. The problem is not whether we can create one but whether we can stop one from vibrating. If you use probability you will see that a vibrating quantum black hole has a probability of zero for coming into contact with another. A stationary quantum black hole has however a probability of 0.5 of coming into contact with another. This is what explains Hawking radiation etc. I think that the LHC has the power to accidentally stop a quantum hole already present in normal matter from vibrating. This would not simply Evaporate as Hawking erroneously suggested but would become the most horribly corrosive thing on Earth such that pretty soon the moon would be in orbit around an earth mass black hole and the universe will go on without us. This might very well be why the SETI program has failed so miserably.
