What is a Community Terrorist or a (C.T.)? A Community Terrorist, is any individual engaged in Organized Gang Stalking or Organized Harassment that Harasses, Stalks,Terrorizes, Intrudes, Invades, or Violates another citizen or individual. You are having your personal private information repeated, or parroted back to you as harassment from individuals. (11.)
