What is being successful? It is not ony the result, but the company, the leader must have good manners for helping others. Ony making profit may be not difficult, but to have good manner would be difficult. Y must read at least 500 books in a year, and after doing it for 20 years, the person woud say some good opinions---. In japan, there are many many business people are like that. Bushido incoparates charity, sincerity, endurance, justice, courage and compassionate empathy. That is why japanes people would not steal money even VERY VERY poor before.
