What is happening in the land of Palestine is disgusting and I know that speaking against it and helping tell the world of whats going on are good ways of building awareness but what we tend to forget is that ALLAH will not change the state of the ummah until we change what is within ourselves. My brothers and sisters I know we want to boycott Israel products and speak against these horrific acts of terror, but at the same time we should ask ourselves: Have we made ALLAH aza wa jal our top priority in life? Is he more important to us than our work, our habits, our family, our money? Have we worked to build our Deen in our life and in our hearts? Are we still fighting each other as a community? My brothers and sisters we all want victory for Palestine, and all the Muslim lands against their oppressors. Allah is calling you to come back to his Deen, make him and his religion #1 in your life and once we do that ALLAH has promised us that we will be the victorious. We constantly want to free Palestine but we tend to forget that we need to free ourselves from our worldly desires.
