What is in the news today - gun violence, income inequality, - TopicsExpress

What is in the news today - gun violence, income inequality, poverty, immigration, voter suppression, climate change, the Ukraine and Russia, unemployment, health-care, the death penalty, money in politics, or equal pay for women? No, of course not. The news has chosen to talk about Benghazi. I wonder if Benghazi would still be in the news if it did not involve Hillary Clinton. If Hillary runs for President, the right is going to pound her on Benghazi. With the ACA working well and the economy improving, this is their only weapon. The problem is focusing on Benghazi does absolutely nothing besides rile up their base. The Presidential Election resides in the ideological center, where convoluted issues like Benghazi fall flat. I say, “Good Luck GOP” – If this is their only strategy, say hello to President Clinton in 2016.
