What is it I dislike most? Stupidity, especially in its nastiest forms of racism and prejudice. Do you know what we call opinion in the absence of evidence? We call it prejudice. What a sad era when it is easier to smash an atom rather than prejudice. Here we are in the 21st century and there is nothing more frightful than ignorance in action. Someone has said that it requires less mental effort to condemn than to think. Let’s focus back on the bigger picture here. Yes, it’s a tragedy what happened in the state of Florida and my opinion of the outcome will remain where it belongs, to myself. I WILL not choose sides as I will not let this, divide great friendships’ forged out of Honor and Respect. United we stand, Divided we fall........ That being said, it’s time to stop talking about the problems and start focusing on the solutions! If you don’t agree with the “Stand Your Ground Law” then do something about. If not shut up and don’t add fuel to the fire. For those of you that don’t agree with the verdict, you are entitled to your opinion. Whether justice was or wasn’t served. The law prevailed, and justice was served whether you agree with it or not. It’s not a perfect society we live in but it Is the best in the world. But, that’s just my opinion……….. it is also my opinion that we should come together, brother and sisters of all colors, nationalities, ethnicity and religions to respect one another and honor one another. to love they neighbor and treat others as you would like to be treated.
