What is it like calling CONUS from GTMO now? I remember it being echoed and expensive. I also remember I think a double ring meant the call was coming from CONUS and a single ring was- on island call? Or was that the opposite? My phone number was 01153 something something 7315. Do cell phones/wifi work on GTMO? How about cable TV? Only had 2 stations in the 90s CNN HEADLINE NEWS and the Skipper announcement channel.
