What is it that we have laws & for some reason it has selective meaning as to what,who,where,or why that these laws protect or exclude?CRUELTY 2 ANIMALS!!!Unless Im mistaken there arent any hunting dogstrained or raised that are in any way capable of assisting humans in hunting of wolves....dog fighting & training is a felony,to have your hunting dogs or any dogs ie:ANIMALS even accompany hunters for wolves is sending these animals to their undeserved executions!!If that doesnt constitute cruelty,inhumane,failure to protect,neglect,etc...well people this nation just gets more stupid & while we spend $in the courts over deciphering or amending laws w/clauses & arguments the very animals to be protected are not being protected because the real message to society & whats except-able in the way we treat animals has been so ridiculed that the focus no longer has a positive impact upon the cause in which the law was established-seems to validate the violence & cruel tendencies of the human species culture & DE evolve to this truly UNCIVILIZED socially structures/demeanor of sub human species
