What is it to live in eternity? Is it to find yourself in some mystical land after your death? Or can it be achieved within a persons actual lifetime? Eternity, I feel, is not the non-existence of time in objective external reality but rather the lack of the perception of time within the internal subjective reality. If we do not count the minutes or seconds, nor the hours nor the days, if we do not count how many moons we have seen or how many times the sun has gone up or down....and if we do not count how many times we have done anything...perhaps everything would become a seem-less moment...the Eternal Now.....and if upon achieving this state and learning to perpetuate it indefinitely....can we achieve immortality?
