What is life? Whats it for? Why is life? Why do I have such deep questions pounding the crap out of my beliefs? If nothing made sense and this life was really only for the now and there was nothing later, why do we expect something after? How do we know something is waiting on the other side of that curtain dividing realities that we call death? What waits for us? Who is waiting? Is it God? Why not? Is it not better to believe in Him and have hope than trust in yourself and be let down? If He holds us up, then the only way we could ever fall is when we choose to. I know people ask why would God let bad things happen, but dont we set our lives in motion and choose to think, act, and feel the way we do? If we were a product of our environment, wouldnt we be part of that same environment? But if we choose to leave that place, then the product has the ability to change. We are not who are parents are or were. We are who we are because of what we love, what we live for, and what we worship. If only people would stop going on spiritual journeys down the wrong path and find peace and fill that void that comes from getting off that road and coming home... #whatsonyourmind?
