Paul was talking about God because it describ God down to a T. 1 Jhon 4:8 (For God is love). And evey one that love like Paul was talking about is born of God and knoweth God. Love is the most powerful thing the on earth, it held Jesus to the cross. That why God said love him with all ur mind, heart, and soul because charity never faileth
