What is moving through each of us is a silence, a quiet sadness, we long for one more word, one more day, just one more moment. We might not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say goodbye, but slowly, little by little, we remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And through that you enriched each of our lives and gave us memories that will never be forgotten. For as long as you are within our memories, within our thoughts, you are immortal. Every one of us has our story to tell, our favourite memory of you, and through these you will live with us forever. I hope that wherever you are now you are at peace, and have enough rollercoasters and American candy to keep you going bud...fingers crossed that it’s warm enough for you to not need that awful hat anymore though! You are greatly missed Ad, by more than you ever realised. x
