Do you think people are called to be paid pastors, evangelist, bishops, etc...? Do you know that these professions(pastors, bishops,..) did not exist before the 3rd century CE?.....So what is our CALLING? Listen to what Yeshua has to say about our CALLING: Therefore, become perfect, just as your Father Who is in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:48. Actually Yeshua Messiah was quoting Leviticus 19:2....So our CALLING is common to all of us - to live a life of holiness, no matter our "profession".
