What is our program for the week I hear you asking??!! Well.... here it is!! I have some awesome new fat busting, sweat making, heart pumping moves for you this week. AND..... I AM EXCITED!! Are you??!!! Here is our program for the week...... Monday 9am: Low Impact Rep Class (Complete Body Conditioning) Tuesday 9am: Becs Bootcamp Tuesday 5.15pm: Interval Training - Total Body Blast Thursday 9am: High/ Low Interval Class - Focus: Arms, Legs, Glutes Thursday 5.15pm: 100s Class - Cardio & Resistance (yes, it is fun!!!) I look forward to seeing you there! Please let me know if I can expect you (or not!). Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, I am about to do some baking for lunch boxes with a couple of my babies whilst the others are having a rest, then off to the skate park for a play. Bec
