What is self realisation: you are not a body but you are in the body as spirit..you are not a material made out of earth that is from food which converts into blood and blood into egg and egg into Skelton..these are all materials and visible in nature if it is scanned and the brain will look like a wet sponge and weighs 2% of the body and requires 20% of oxygen for the body to function but you that is your mind cannot be scanned as you are an immaterial element and you are not visible to any one and only God can read your mind as Jesus explained when a woman touched her robe thinking that only if I touch the robe my bleeding will stop and knowing her mind Jesus healed by saying your faith has made you heal..as such you are not the heart as a pacemaker will do that .you are not the lungs a ventilator will do that,you are not the kidney a dialyzer will do that,you are not the eye as eye can be transplanted,you are not the legs are hands as amputed legs can be replaced by artificial,you are not the brain as a brain dead can be kept alive with a mechanical ventilator as there is Greek proverb written 4000 years ago KNOW THYSELF as you are not the body but you are in the body,your body cannot work without you but you can without your body but till the body works you have to be in the body as it is the will of God For that we are being created and leave our image as legal heirs before we go to make the world colourful with life.. amen
