What is the difference between Reiki and Womb blessing and Healing? The Womb Blessing is different from Reiki. Firstly it is for women only. The Womb Blessing consists of the meditation and the energy transfer and the meditation is designed to work with women’s main energy centres which are different to men’s. To give the energy you need to be female and to receive the Womb Blessing you need to be female. In the Blessing we specifically connect to and transfer the vibration of the Divine Feminine. The Womb Healing works specifically with women’s energy anatomy and the four female archetypes linked to our Womb Centre. With Miranda Grays background of many years of Reiki and Reiki teaching, there are elements in the Womb Blessing that use some Reiki techniques to enable the transference of energy and the creation of the receiver as a channel for the energy. And the Reiki term ‘attunement’ is used because it makes it obvious to Reiki-based people what the process is about. So the simple answer to the question is: the Womb Blessing and the Womb Healing are female specific energy techniques that are designed to validate, heal and awaken our female energies, and to connect women to the Divine Feminine to bring sacredness to our Womb Centre so we may embody Her presence in our lives.
