For there shall be five in a house; there shall be three against two, and two against three, the father against the son and the son against the father, and they shall stand as solitaries. ********************* My Understanding ********************* In this new way of life, it is revolting to those who live in darkness. To help the unfortunate is discomforting to those of the shadows. This verse is used again in Verse 19 the five trees in heaven. When you walk in the light and of the light, relationships will be changed. For emphasis Jesus Christ uses the ultimate relationship of a father and son as an example. This has been the case in my life. ********************** The five trees of paradise ********************* Verse 19 ********************* Jesus said: Blessed is he who was before he came into being. If you become my disciples and hear my words, these stones shall minister unto you. For you have five trees in Paradise which do not move in summer or in winter, and their leaves do not fall. He who knows them shall not taste of death. ********************* My Understanding ********************* Jesus is assuaging the pain created by verse 16 “. For there shall be five in a house; there shall be three against two, and two against three, the father against the son and the son against the father, and they shall stand as solitaries.”Blessed is the light of God. Within the light of God you will find true relatives. These people of the light and within the light will not change as the seasons of life change. If you understand that the children of heaven are your brothers and sisters you shall have eternal life. “Love thy neighbors as thyself”.
