What is with the Police harassment in Sacramento, Ca. I am being ignored by Janine Moreno and Tina Herdon...and the cops are following me...in an attempt to make paranoia my problem with them. I am not committing any crimes but coming near to reprogram themselves illegally is a huge problem.
