What is wrong if Shollei Boss is investigated? Why is the parliamentary legal committee in arms, what is the interest of Kipchumba Murkomen and the likes? There are a number of people who have been investigated including the EAC Chairman and were later reinstated when they were found faultless. The Mps and senators should know that people are equal before the law and should be treated equally. Two weeks ago Hon. Najib Balala dismissed a parastatal head without giving him a hearing and the so called legal committee summoned nobody over the saga; Does it mean there are sacred cows in this government? Let us give JSC to do their investigations and bring out their findings before murmuring. All in all we should also know that "there can never be a smoke without fire"
