What is wrong with all these owners in the semi-pro market? Why do they play in leagues that do not offer anything for players but offer them a little bit of financial gain? Here is the are the answer.... Financial Investment!!! and they only want to make money for themselves not worry about training, developing, or marketing these players to the NBA-DLeague, or International Levels. The CBDL was established for this reason. To make teams financially afford programs that not only would benefit them as a team but also offer maximum exposure to the player. You cannot run a legitimate basketball organization unless your trying to help ALL your players as everyone says they are said CEO Benjamin Mireles. But when you do not have Localized TV, LIVE up-to-date STATS, and solid Apparel Company with a Worldwide Presence through each teams 24-7 radio, its tough to imagine what kind of exposure you are really offering to anyone. If the teams do not agree to the standards of professional programming within a league like the CBDL, they do not participate. There is ABSOLUTELY NO LEAGUE FEE!!!! Only because the league wants to generate exposure opportunity through its programming partners and nothing else right now. The league is the most disciplined and structured league around and the the teams that participate within this league will ALL BE RECOGNIZED because of its direction, its structure, and the NBA rules in place for the game.
