What is your long? Most people have a very hard time getting started running. It is hard to figure out how fast to run and still be able to breath! But once you do, you reach that moment where you feel like you could go forever! You ride the endorphin high and let your legs take you away. Your thoughts become clearer as you pound your troubles into the pavement. Therapy, a session you dont want to miss. You start to make your daily running appointment and you actually look forward to it everyday. Its your time, time to break away and just run. You have gone from 5 minutes of huffing and puffing to 5K races and beyond. You start to wonder just how far can you run? How far can you push your body both mentally and physically.
