What is your strategy to remove as much break materials as possible after chilling your wort prior to transferring to the fermenter? Do you whirlpool, let it settle, filter somehow? Ive tried whirl pooling with a large spoon and it didnt seem to work, even after letting it settle for an hour - my plan was to siphon the clear wort off the top, but the break material never truly settled to the bottom. I have filtered a few times before using a funnel and sanitized muslin bag while pouring the wort into the fermenter. Filtering with the muslin bag seemed to work best, but Id rather not utilize that method.
