What it would solve, John Legend, is it would remove an arbitrary boundary between the races. The problem with the use of the N-word is not actually the meaning of the word -- meanings of words are fluid and subjective. The problem is that we generally agree that white people CANT use it, and thats divisive. So I suggest either people stop using the word entirely, or stop judging people who use the word based on their race. The idea that people are allowed or not allowed to say a word based on their racial or ethnic identity is stupid.
