What makes a patient leave the hospital against medical advice? We encounter patients who prefer to go home than to stay in the comfort of the hospital. Money notwithstanding, is often not the reason why they do so. Oftentimes, they think they will be more comfortable to go home and die there with presence of their relatives and friends. They do not want to die in a strange room with impersonal people around them.
