What monitor would you recommend to reduce eyestrain? Ive got a 27 Asus, TN panel monitor that I heavily game on. Lately Ive started to notice like movement on the screen may slightly irritate my eyes and cause loss of focus. Also looking at a white-ish screen, like when browsing, may sometimes cause tiredness in my eyes. Is there a good monitor to help with eyestrain? Would a different kind of monitor from a TN panel help? Or is it the backlight, not the type of panel that causes this? I dont know much about monitors. Any recommendations as to a type of monitor or specific models would be appreciated. I should implement taking pauses while gaming, but I think another type of monitor might help.
