What motivates you to train? What pushes you through? Today mine was listening to old sound tracks! #dirtydancing #flashdance 1250 cal on the bike then deadlifts, narrow squats, wide squats , lunges all in the garage ! Theres no excuses you can do plenty of excercise at home! Just remember you cant out train a bad diet! Lots of clients saying Ive put on weight but I trained right through Xmas..... You may have put on but it could have been worse! Goes to show its 80% nutrition! #dedicatednutrition #unstoppable #flushfitness
