What muscle does that work? Whats that do? Doesnt that hurt your back? How heavy is that? I think Im going to add that to my routine. All of them. Everything. No. Very. You shouldnt. In my previous post we saw an example of explosive force, the kettlebell swing is another example. Power is directed down into the floor, the hips snap into extention and force is transmitted through a rigid spine.
