What one sees as encouragement, another can see as harping. Someone can think theyre helping while another may call it meddling. That can be a real challenge. But there are times when someones involvement is like a hand in a glove. The Bible calls it a word fitly spoken. When its that kind of word its received with appreciation. People dont feel like theyre being lectured or that their lives are being butted in on. The Bible says that we must be slow to speak. It also says that a soft answer turns away anger. It may be hard but we have to think before we speak. It will save a lot of tension. Be blessed.
