What shall I do? When I was a child I often wondered about joining a church. It bothered me that there was so many choices. And among those choices there seemed to be very few differences. In the month of my birthday, 1953, I saw something that stuck in my mind for a long time. Calendar for March 1953 (United States) (the calendar wont show up like it should) I saw that Saturday was the seventh day! As a kid I wondered why people went to church on Sunday. Eventually I got over it and accepted everything as it was. Later in growing up I notice other things that did not make sense. When our kids were growing up Ginger and I decided that we needed to join a church. Which one? My only thought was I wanted to know the Truth about God. But all the churches seemed phoney to me, so which one is less phoney? We went to many denominations with no satisfaction. We were kinda attracted to one of those holy roller speaking in tongues with faith healings. That lasted only a little while when the real phoneyness came through. Why in the heck did an all powerful God want us to talk jibberish? I just gave up. Ginger didnt though, and thank God for that. In her searching, God led her to a guy who gave her a Bible study on the book of Revelation (actually it was the whole Bible) 24 lessons. She says I have found it, the real truth. So she decides to join a Sabbath keeping church. Well now that required me to consider what I would do. I couldnt have her going to some weird church with out me. So I studied the same thing and there was no question any more. All the lies that satan had filled all the other denominations with became clear to me. I was excited and told everybody that I could find about my new found religion. Obnoxious I know, but I couldnt stop. I had found the Truth (the best that man can have) and wanted everyone to know. This wasnt a “belief”, it was the Truth. Satan works hard to keep his lies alive. It is just unbelievable what people believe today as well as all history. And it is not only the Sunday keepers it has infiltrated the Sabbath keeping church too. It is a continual study to keep oneself on the right track. In the previous article “The State of The World” I made mention that the condition the world is in, is because of disobedience. We have listened to satan until we have believed his lies. All of us. In our minds, if we believe something, then “I” believe that, makes it true. Again there are around seven billion “Is” in the world and “I” believe mine is right. We need to wake up, Jesus is the right way. Read and taste Him, know Him, walk with Him, rest with Him, and for the sake of the Almighty God in Heaven BELIEVE Him. There is and has been for a long time a world wide movement to restore satan back on his throne. When Adam and Eve disobeyed, Adam no longer had dominion of the world, satan took it and had it until the Cross of Jesus. Jesus took back the dominion Adam and Eve lost. The world wide movement is trying to get all denominations to water down their beliefs and all came into harmony with each other. In other words no more PROTESTANTS (protesters against Catholicism). We will be in harmony with each other under the mother church (Catholic) leadership. The MARK of that leadership is SUNDAY worship. Satans mark. It is astounding what the human brain can conjure up and make itself believe it. And we dont believe satan had anything to do with it. Almost every one agrees that the end is near, but what that means is different from person to person. It is way past time for the Truth to be restored. When Jesus walked this earth, look at what MOST thought of Him. So when me or anyone else tries to point out the Truth nowadays we are considered … you say it!! Look at what the Bible says Deut 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign(MARK) upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: Check it our this is speaking of the Ten Commandments. A sign that all will know you are in Gods camp. Sometime in the near future (no date) there will be legislation for our coming together in harmony with each other. Now what is wrong with that? What is wrong with all being as one? Well just realize that it is LEGISLATED. God NEVER legislates. So my friends and family it is critical that we know this because when this takes place or soon after, we will be SEALED in whose ever camp we OBEY. There will be no turning back after that. There will be “crying and gnashing of teeth” saying to those who know the Truth “why didnt you tell me”. Well we did and we were thought to be... you say it!! We are all free to either believe this or call me a quack. I choose to believe. So those who are trying to hear Gods voice and be obedient to His commands have a work cut out for us to do. In the olden days before modern transportation, workers were sent out to clear the roads of debris an fill the holes, etc before the king traveled. So that his paths would be easy to travel. Consider these verses and make a determination for your self. Matt 3:1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Mark 1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God; 2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. 3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. Luke 3:.....the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness. 3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins; 4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; 6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. John 1:19 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. Heb 12:12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; 13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. 14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; Isaiah 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: 5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. Isaiah 42:14 I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once. 15 I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools. 16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. EVERY ONE please hear the voice of the Lord. Consider your ways. Josh 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
